Thank you for visiting Coach PW Consulting. We are an athletics throws-specific website offering online coaching for athletes of all abilities and ages. We provide online video analysis, online planning and programming, 1-1 online coaching, coach mentoring, track club visits, coaching days, and camps.
Our coach, Paul Wilson, has been coaching since 2005 and has worked with many international Able and Para athletes, helping them progress from beginners to medallists at global championships. He has also served as a team coach at various Championships for England and Great Britain. Paul takes a calm and approachable style to coaching, simplifying training to make it easy to understand. Paul is currently working with athletes from Great Britain, USA, Chile, Australia, Ireland, Turkey, Kosovo, Hungary and India.
We also work alongside Mitch Jackson who is a specialist in Strength & Conditioning, and have been since 2022. He works with athletes in the Throws and other Athletic events in addition to sports people in Rugby and American football. He can be reached on his email: hello@chaseing.gold
